Christmas 2007

Well, and a lovely one was had by all. Ngaire is now the proud possessor of two Larry the Cucumbers (one in full Larry Boy regalia), a giant stuffed isopod, and the hearts of three more uncles. The Husbandlet will get a good cooking knife some day in the not-so-distant future, i.e. when I get around to ordering it. He gave me a little camcorder. I am thrilled.

Liam politely gnawed each present given to him, but the big thing he got for Christmas (two days late) was the ability to crawl.

We are now winding down our vacation quietly with my parents, having left the house of many relatives behind with much regret. The Husbandlet has a large and delightful extended family; we keep getting to know more of them and thus expanding the list of people we like who live really, really far away. Alas.
